User journey with Difuse
This demo shows how the system would improve access compared to the current scenario. Extensive user testing of alternate solutions were used to benchmark them against each other. When and multi fidelity wire frames were used to ideate on feature sets to improve issues of trust and transparency. This is covered in the research portion of the thesis.
This demo shows how and where pick up locations are created based on current traffic and demand and how they change with time. Traffic data is collected and analyzed through google traffic of the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena California during the span of several large scale events.
